The Playcoro Shipping Promise

At Playcoro, we believe play is an important part of childhood. That’s why every order is handled with care—from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door.

To reduce unnecessary waste and keep pricing fair, many Playcoro products are shipped directly from trusted global manufacturing partners who specialize in safe materials and quality craftsmanship. This allows us to deliver thoughtfully designed toys without unnecessary markups.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every order is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipment.

2–4 business days

Shipping Fee:
$5.99 flat rate (worldwide)

Please Note

During peak seasons (Holidays, Sales Events, or New Product Launches), processing time may take up to 5 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products ship from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of World 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Updates

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created. If tracking does not immediately show movement, your package is still on its way.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Playcoro is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance
• Customs charges are uncommon for most toys but may vary by country

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once order processing has begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify the shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction and your child’s play experience are extremely important to us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Email us a clear photo within 72 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible

Lost or Stolen Packages

Playcoro is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but later lost or stolen.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim

We will provide tracking documentation to support your claim; however, we cannot issue refunds for confirmed delivered shipments.
